Dr. G. Silky Patel, MD, is fellowship-trained and double board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Management. She earned her medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston and completed her residency at Loyola University Medical Center (LUMC) in Chicago. She later completed a Pain Management fellowship at Loma Linda University Medical Center in California.
After returning to Houston, Dr. Patel joined Mischer Neurosciences and served as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at UT-Houston Medical School. She also developed the interventional pain program at Advanced Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine.
